The Casino Setup

For the evening, Finesse Casinos supplied a five-table casino setup:

• 1 Dice / Craps table

A dedicated casino area was created on one side of the function space, allowing the tables to form a clear focal point while still fitting naturally within the wider event layout.

The casino ran from 7:00pm until 10:00pm, with a break during the evening for the charity auction and raffle.

Personalised Fun Money

A particularly memorable detail was the personalised fun money, which featured a picture of the Headmistress. This gave the casino a bespoke feel and tied it directly into the character of the school fundraising event.

The casino was officially opened by the Headmistress, helping create a strong start to the evening and encouraging guests to get involved from the outset.

Guest Engagement and Atmosphere

Once the tables opened and guests began purchasing fun money through charity donations, the casino area quickly became busy. The two blackjack tables were especially popular, although all tables saw strong engagement throughout the evening.
